Completing a Location, Reviewing a Job, and Submitting Your Counts.
Finished the Job? Let's go over the final steps of a count.
Completing a Location
- When all items in the Location are scanned, swipe Done at the bottom of the screen.

- Pro Tip: Instead of opening the Location Menu to check into your next QR Code, scan remaining Location QR Codes directly from the camera view screen.
⚠️ If you scan into a new QR Code without swiping Done, the count will be lost.
- Repeat the counting process steps for all remaining Locations until the Location Tracker at the bottom of the screen turns green, signaling all counts are complete.

Review
After scanning all locations, tap the Location Tracker. Completed locations will have a green check mark and be available for review. You can review location by location, and perform the following:
- Add Items by tapping the button. Search, select a format, and set an item’s quantity. Tap “Confirm” to add.
- Edit quantities with the +/- buttons next to their entry.
- Remove by swiping on the item.

Submit the Inventory Job
- When you are finished reviewing tap Submit on the review screen to complete your job.
- If you missed any areas or items, the app will ask you to confirm that you would still like to submit this job.

- A confetti explosion means your job was submitted successfully! 🎉

⚠️ Once a job is submitted, it cannot be modified in the Smart Inventory App. Only one inventory count job may be submitted within a 24-hour period. Submitting an additional count will overwrite any previous submission.
