Tap to Refresh 👆

If you spot an error with the item or count, tap the green bubble and let the app retry. This often resolves the issue.

 

Long-Hold to Delete 🗑️

Tap and hold on a bubble. A popup will open with to option to delete it from your count. Tap on the screen while viewing the item to re-add.

 

 

Count Adjustment ➕➖

If count is incorrect, target its bubble with the viewfinder. With the item highlighted, use the side paddles to increase or decrease the quantity.

 

 

Edit Item Button ✏️

  1. If item identification is incorrect, aim the viewfinder at the item.
  2. With the item highlighted, select Edit Item above the right-side paddle.
  3. Search for and select the correct item to update. 

 

 

Manual Add Item 🔎

  1. To add an item that has not been identified or is missing, tap Add Item from right side paddle
  2. Search for and select the desired product and type.
  3. Place the item by tapping the Drop Item button. Adjust the quantity using side paddles.

 

 

 

Review Screen Adjustments

Following a count and before submitting the Inventory Job, you will have the ability to make adjustments on the Review Screen. These inclide:

  1. Search = find a counted item.
  2. Add new item = search and select an item, it's container style, and set quantity.
  3. Count Adjustment = increase or decrease the captured quantity.
  4. Swipe to Delete = remove item from recorded count.
