What happens if I close the app mid-count?
Exiting or closing the app mid-count will not delete your job. To exit the app:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and
- Background the app by tapping your device home screen
- Close the app by holding + swiping it away
If your organization has established a timeframe to submit the job any unsubmitted data will be lost after the window to submit closes.
