Counting Off-Shelf Boxes

Smart Inventory can count boxed products on an off a shelf. Here's how:

Boxes sacked off-shelf can be scanned regardless of check in status. These appear in a dedicated Off-Shelf menu section.

 

  1. Point the device at the items. Green item bubbles will appear on the identified items.

  2. Open the Location Menu and select Off-Shelf to confirm capture.
